Weekly “Tuesday Fun Runs” at your own pace

… normally followed by byo “refreshments” (& YumYumGood eggrolls-?) in the Prez’s backyard.

Every Tuesday at 6pm a bunch of us gather (team/club members, friends & supporters anyone welcome) at the Glenburnie Rd Post Office parking lot (behind Fleet Feet) for a short weekly Fun Run through the streets of our surrounding neighborhoods… and when we’re all done some will usually walk just around the corner to Darren & Mandi’s place on Park Ave to cool down, unwind & “shoot the breeze”

The group typically stretches out into several smaller “pace groups” & often may even include splitting off into 3mile & 4-5 mile distances as participants feel inclined.
(The pace of runners will usually range from gentle 15min miles … right down to sub 8min miles for the few rabbits among us.)

We recommend you bring a small runners water bottle – &, for afterwards, maybe a towel &/or change of shirt,etc (if you want) … and of course refreshments (liquid &/or otherwise) to suit your own tastes !
